
STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS
Soft strawberry muffins with a sweet cream cheese filling. Perfect for breakfast,
dessert, or a snack.
Ingredients
Muffin Batter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Cream Cheese Filling
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place muffin liners in a muffin tray.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold chopped strawberries into the batter.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
- Add a spoon of cream cheese filling.
- Cover with more batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool and serve.
